Baked pumpkin

Baked pumpkin seasoned with olive oil, Braggs, sea salt, pepper and cumin. The couscous was made with fresh parsley, bell pepper, mixed mushrooms, rice vinegar, pepper and lime. The green beans were steamed and topped with dried basil.
