Baked tempeh with carrot beet salad

Baked tempeh, marinated in lime juice, Braggs, olive oil, cumin, black pepper & red chili pepper. The salad was made of raw carrots & beets, an orange and it’s juice, dried cranberries, pine nuts, lemon juice, agave nectar and cinnamon.
