'Israeli couscous and grilled seitan

There’s a whole lot of goodness happening on this here plate. The Israeli couscous comes premade from Whole Foods deli… yummy huge couscous, eggplant, portabello mushrooms, wild rice and cranberries… I love this stuff. The grilled seiten also comes premade from Whole Foods, I think they get it from a local restaurant. I suppose I can consider this “homecooked” because after all, I DID add the parsley all by myself, topped with a drizzle of sesame-shitake dressing and gomasio.
