  4. This is making me miss our old fig tree! I don’t think you were ever around for fig season, but they grew to be the size of avocados and for a while i ate them for delicious breakfast every day with goat cheese. mmmmm….

  5. Nina: What a lovely surprise to see you here! It’s true, I missed your rippened figs. I think when I saw your tree they were just starting out as hard, little green babies. Figs are the greatest thing on earth.
