		<description>Sounds like the tofu festival was a bit of a bust, but overall worth the visit.  I mean, the ability to say in the future, "oh, yeah, I was at Tofu Fest '07" tips the scale in its favor.  I'll be sure to never try a tofu margarita...

I also love barely tea and it's super easy to make a home.  I always have a pitcher in the fridge.  If you go to any Asian market they usually have roasted barley packaged in big tea bags, just throw one or two, depending on how strong you like it, in a pitcher of water and let it steep cold for a day or so.</description>
