So cool! Kevin Tran, the mastermind behind Vinh Loi Tofu in Reseda will be appearing on the Discovery Health Channel show, Lyon in the Kitchen. He told me it would air October 24th at 4:00pm, however when I looked it up on the Discovery website, the “Pho Ga” episode is listed for the 29th. To be safe check your local listings… you won’t want to miss this.

Kevin will not only demonstrate some of his fine Vietnamese vegan cooking, he’ll also be giving us a sneak peak into his tofu factory to show us how it’s made. If you’ve ever wanted to know what goes on behind that small little window that leads back into the heart of Kevin’s kitchen and through which yummy food magically appears, this is your chance.
