Kevin: When you get a chance, try out the veggie-Reuben at any of the Native Food’s locations. It’s amazing. Very different from the one at FYH, but equally delicious.

Alisa: I think they’ve actually been around for a couple of decades! One of the first and only vegetarian restaurants in the area… long before any of these other newfangled places started showing up :)

The FYH reuben is the second best vegan reuben I’ve ever had. The best being the one at Chicago Diner, in Chicago. :)

I had no idea that Follow Your Heart had a cafe in Southern California. Boy did I miss out when I lived there. Thanks for the delicious picture anyway!

Vegyogini: I don’t really know if the sauerkraut had onions or not. I assumed it was just cabbage, and I didn’t get an oniony flavor. If they were in there it wasn’t enough for me to notice, everything just tasted delicious.

Does their sauerkraut have onions in it, Foodeater? You know I’m a FYH lover and I’ve tried the Reuben before, but I think I ordered it w/out the sauerkraut. Just curious, since you and I share the same onion aversion. :)
