		<description>&lt;b&gt;Lety:&lt;/b&gt; Yes, I do like fried food but indeed I was trying to avoid it. I think the main problem was as Trina pointed out, probably not enough liquid. Certainly though fried does always taste better! I'm going to try these again with the right amount of liquid substitution and see how it goes...</description>

		<description>im not sure if you like fried foods, but frying it will most definitely help. I've made things like this and when i baked it, it came out dry and not yummy.

		<description>The liquid to dry ratio is really important when you're working with wheat gluten.  Reducing the liquid by a tablespoon would have absolutely resulted in tough dry cutlets.  If you want to lower the sodium, just add in the equivalent in water.  Good luck.  I look forward to trying this recipe too!</description>
