		<description>This is so good to know.  I love the art of fake meat, but my enjoyment is always a bit tempered by the sneaking suspicion that the chicken came out of a bag and is probably loaded with all sorts of chemicals that I wouldn't eat if I knew they were there, not to mention whey and/or eggs.  So thanks.  Perhaps there will be a trek to Granada Hills in my near future.</description>
