I just came back from Portland a few weeks ago and these are some of my favorites: veganopolis for desserts (some are from sweetpea but they make their own and they are GOOD), blossoming lotus had a really tasty raw platter (im sure the idea came straight from ani phyo) and a noodle dish with peanut sauce. Vita cafe is the place to go for breakfast with biscuits and gravy, corncakes, scrambles, etc. , Papa G's had awesome biscuits and gravy as well and a really good nut loaf. Portlanders are not afraid of carbs and i miss their food everyday...

Go to Flavorspot and Dove Vive.
Those two are probably the only not obvious place to check out.
You can see reviews at our website.

nutshell is my favorite restaurant ever.

in addition to the ones people named, jace glace has vegan waffles, sweet pea bakery has a vegan buffet on sundays, and you have to hit up vita cafe or paradox (about the same menu)

Nutshell & Flavour Spot waffles for sure! There's also SIP the vegan milkshake cart, which I didn't get to try. If you like raw food, I liked Blossoming Lotus, they have soft serve! A lot of the places are a bit boring; sandwiches, salads, & wraps. If you find yourself downtown & need a quick bite, No Fish, Go Fish is fun. Have a great trip!
