I am glad everyone’s been getting Brussels sprout love recently — you, me, and those gassy gorillas! Well said — the reason people hate them is because they weren’t made correctly! Your recipe sounds great. I like the dipping sauce idea. They are really good lightly tossed with olive oil, maple syrup, and sea salt and roasted.
Wow, all this Brussels sprout talk is really dangerous. Enough to make me want to eat them at every meal all year round.

Darn, I thought the new incarnation of Vegan Spot was going to feature Vegan Spot’s old sandwiches. Now I’ll never get to try them! I love roasted brussels sprouts, too. Such a sadly misunderstood veggie. Thanks for today’s quickie!
