As a very new vegan (and wondering why I didn’t start much earlier) I love Sarah’s books. I used them prior to completely cutting out animal products and now they’re my staple. It helps we live in the same city and she’s a local superstar. When I see her walking her cute dog I sigh and thank her silently with a smile.
