I am so glad you went to this cart. It's one of my favorites and a selling point for my house since I am within walking distance. My favorite, next the the sausage/maple is the fresh strawberries with mallow fluff! YUM! Oh, then there was one time they had apple crisp inside the waffle. Oh my. The vegetarians topped it with some homemade ice cream. It was insane! My omni friends say the vegan sausage is better than the vegetarian.
