About the Brussels sprouts salad: did it seem like the sprouts had been cooked, or were they raw? I'd like to try to duplicate that salad, too. It seems a shame that with all of that awesomeness, they couldn't just have vegan stuff all of the time. Anyone would like that grub. Damn, all of that looks so good!
