Got the veggie patties with gravy, roasted potatoes and steamed veggies last night.

Potatoes were a little dry, but nothing a side order of gravy couldn't fix.

I love Hugo's!!!

Michelle No filling, just corny goodness! Though they offer it with any of their fillings, like the soy chorizo, served on top. Yum!

Do the tamales have a filling, or are they corn/spinach throughout? They look awfully good no matter what, though.

Weird about the mashed potatoes. They're so easy to veganize without anyone knowing or caring.

OMG, both those dishes look so good! It's surprising that the mashed potatoes aren't vegan.
