		<description>I use this cornbread recipe all of the time.  There is also a quinoa cornbread recipe from The Candle Cafe Cookbook.  It&#039;s on the sweeter side and is a bit crumbly but it&#039;s tasty.  I think they call for bluecornmeal but I&#039;ve just used the regular yellow cornmeal.</description>
