Update Nov. 5, 2009 Sadly SnackBar has closed and is no more. It's now been turned into a trendy burger bar. Puke.

What a great find! I love it when places have awesome vegan food when you least expect it, especially those buffalo wings. :-)

"The seitan buffalo wings live there" - I love how you put that.

BUT wing sauce should not be sticky and wings should not come with ranch (according to this girl from Buffalo). However, since this place is semi-close to my house, I know I'll be there trying them! Are they open for lunch? Since I'm always at the farmer's market, if they open early, it will be a hard choice between that place and A Taste of Life. :-)

(The Newsroom cafe also serves faux wings with little sticks in them to make them look like drumsticks, though I haven't checked that they're vegan - they're fake "chicken" so it's possible they have egg whites.)

Oh, and the 101 Coffee Shop is sort of nearby - they have vegan options as well, including a tofu scramble and veggie sausage. Too bad Karma isn't there anymore. They had a great vegan chick'n salad sandwich.

The word "snack" just makes me happy, and I love buffalo wings, so I'll have to head over there. Thanks for the tip!
